Privacy and Security Statement

Last Updated: April 2, 2026

WiseApp LLC ("WiseApp," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and takes security seriously. This Privacy and Security Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our websites, use our mobile applications, or interact with any WiseApp products or services (collectively, the "Services").

This policy applies to the WiseApp website and the WiseApp family of applications, unless a specific WiseApp has its own separate privacy policy.

1. Our Privacy Approach

WiseApp is built around simplicity, privacy, and user control.

Many WiseApps are designed to work without requiring user accounts, and WiseApp does not store, collect, transmit, sync, back up, or otherwise pull user-created content from the user's device to WiseApp-operated servers or databases.

Information a user creates inside a WiseApp, such as notes, reminders, routines, timer setups, lists, logs, or similar content, remains on that user's device unless the user independently exports, shares, or submits it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect From WiseApps

WiseApp does not collect or store the content users create within WiseApps on WiseApp-operated systems.

This means that, unless a user deliberately sends information to us, WiseApp does not access or retain items such as:

  • Notes
  • Routines
  • Timer configurations
  • Lists
  • Reminders
  • Logs
  • User-generated entries
  • Other content created and stored within a WiseApp

That content remains local to the user's device.

3. Information We May Collect

Although WiseApp does not collect user-created in-app content, we may collect limited information in certain situations.

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

We may collect information you choose to send to us, such as:

  • Emails you send to us
  • Support requests
  • Contact form submissions
  • Business inquiries
  • Feedback you voluntarily provide

B. Website Information

When you visit a WiseApp website, limited technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • IP address
  • Pages visited
  • General site usage information

This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the website.

C. Technical, Diagnostic, or Transaction Information

Depending on the app and platform, limited technical or transaction-related information may be collected by WiseApp or by third-party platform providers, such as:

  • App version
  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • Crash or diagnostic information
  • Purchase status
  • Subscription status
  • Transaction identifiers

This does not include the actual content users create inside the app.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

WiseApps are designed so that user-created content and many app settings are stored locally on the user's device.

Because this information remains on the device:

  • WiseApp generally cannot access it
  • WiseApp cannot retrieve it for you
  • WiseApp cannot restore it if it is lost
  • WiseApp cannot delete it remotely
  • WiseApp cannot review it unless you intentionally provide it to us

If you delete the app, clear app storage, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your locally stored information may also be lost.

5. No Cloud Storage by WiseApp

WiseApp does not maintain cloud storage for user-created WiseApp content unless explicitly stated for a specific product or feature.

At this time, WiseApp's general approach is that user-created app data remains on the user's device and is not uploaded to WiseApp systems.

If WiseApp later introduces optional cloud-based features, sync functionality, or account-based storage for a specific app, this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Cross-App Functionality

As the WiseApp ecosystem evolves, some WiseApps may be designed to interact with other WiseApps installed on the same device.

Where this occurs, WiseApp's goal is to keep that functionality local to the device wherever practical. WiseApp does not intend for standard cross-app functionality to involve transmission of user-created content to WiseApp-operated external servers unless clearly disclosed and intentionally enabled in the future.

7. How We Use Information We Do Receive

If we do receive information, we may use it to:

  • Respond to support requests and inquiries
  • Operate and maintain the website
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Improve app stability and performance
  • Process purchases or validate premium access
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect the rights, safety, and security of WiseApp, users, and others

8. When We Share Information

WiseApp does not sell user-created app content because WiseApp does not collect that content in the first place.

We may share limited information only in the following situations:

A. Service Providers

We may use third-party vendors or service providers for limited business functions such as:

  • Website hosting
  • Payment processing
  • App distribution
  • Diagnostics
  • Crash reporting
  • Analytics
  • Advertising, if used in a specific app

These providers may receive limited technical, operational, or transaction-related information as needed to perform their services.

B. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Enforce our terms or policies
  • Protect our rights or property
  • Detect or prevent fraud or security issues
  • Protect the safety of users or others

C. Business Transfers

If WiseApp is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, limited information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

9. Advertising, Analytics, and Diagnostics

Some WiseApps may use third-party advertising, analytics, or diagnostic tools.

If used, those tools may collect limited information such as:

  • Device identifiers
  • Advertising identifiers
  • App interactions
  • Diagnostic information
  • Crash data
  • Approximate location based on IP address

WiseApp does not use these tools to collect the actual content users create within the app.

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and practices.

10. Purchases and Payment Processing

If a WiseApp includes paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, transactions may be handled through third-party providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment processors.

WiseApp may receive limited transaction-related information such as:

  • Purchase confirmation
  • Product type
  • Subscription status
  • Transaction identifiers

WiseApp does not receive or store full payment card details unless explicitly stated for a specific service.

11. Security Practices

WiseApp uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we do receive and the systems we operate.

These measures may include:

  • Limiting data collection
  • Using secure third-party infrastructure where needed
  • Restricting access to business information
  • Encrypting data in transit where applicable
  • Maintaining software and dependencies
  • Monitoring for abuse and technical issues

Because user-created WiseApp content is generally stored only on the user's device, the security of that local content also depends in part on the security of the device itself, including device passwords, operating system protections, backups, and physical access controls.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and WiseApp cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the WiseApp product and your device settings, you may be able to:

  • Delete app data from your device
  • Uninstall the app
  • Adjust permissions in device settings
  • Limit ad tracking
  • Opt out of certain communications
  • Contact us regarding information you voluntarily submitted to us

Because WiseApp generally does not hold user-created app content on external systems, our ability to access, retrieve, correct, or delete that local content for you is limited or nonexistent.

13. Device Permissions

Some WiseApps may request access to device features such as:

  • Notifications
  • Camera
  • Photos or media library
  • Microphone
  • Calendar
  • Local storage
  • Location

Permissions are requested only when needed for app functionality. You can manage these permissions through your device settings. Disabling permissions may affect certain app features.

14. Children's Privacy

WiseApp Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without required consent.

Because WiseApps generally do not collect user-created content externally, the amount of personal information WiseApp receives directly may be limited. If you believe a child has provided personal information to WiseApp directly, please contact us.

15. International Users

WiseApp may operate in the United States and may use service providers located in the United States or other countries. If you use the Services from outside the United States, information you voluntarily provide or that is collected through websites, purchases, diagnostics, or third-party tools may be processed in other jurisdictions.

16. Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding certain personal information WiseApp holds about you, such as the right to request access, correction, or deletion.

Because WiseApp generally does not collect or store user-created WiseApp content externally, these rights may apply only to limited categories of information, such as:

  • Contact information you submit
  • Support communications
  • Transaction records
  • Technical or website-related information, where applicable

To make a privacy-related request, please contact us using the information below.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

WiseApp websites and apps may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, ad providers, analytics tools, or external websites.

Those third parties have their own privacy and security practices, and WiseApp is not responsible for their policies or content.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy and Security Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

If WiseApp introduces features that change how information is handled, including any future cloud sync or account-based storage, we will revise this policy accordingly.
